Support is focused towards programs and events in the various regional areas associated with our business operations.

Support is assessed on the specific attributes of each situation and varies from financial sponsorship, materials being provided or based on the contribution and efforts of our people.

Sponsorship Highlights

Achievements of monthly targets by Eraring Power Station employees, under their Safety Performance Reward Program, has netted a combined sponsorship donation of $116,000 (as at end September 2009) to CanTeen and to the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service.

For over 5 years, Eraring Energy has been a proud sponsor of the Southlake Community Alliance Business Excellence Awards which recognises excellence, in a wide range of categories, of businesses located in the south lake communities of Lake Macquarie, NSW.

Eraring Energy is proud to be a corporate sponsor of the Australia Day celebrations arranged by Lake Macquarie City Council and based at Speers Point Park, Speers Point, NSW.
